Terms of Service: Purpose & Ethical Use

TitiTrax is a proprietary Social Media Management & Analytics Tool designed for professional digital marketers, brand strategists, and content creators. The software provides Orchestration Services—coordinating complex digital workflows, video processing, and geographic network routing to enhance a brand’s online presence.

User acknowledges that TitiTrax is an Orchestration Engine, not a fraudulent service.

• Orchestration: Defined as the automated coordination of legitimate social media management tasks, including content distribution, sentiment analysis, and emulated engagement patterns via user-provided or platform-managed authorized assets.
• Prohibition of Fraud: Users are strictly prohibited from using TitiTrax for illegal activities, including but not limited to: financial fraud, identity theft, spreading malicious misinformation, or the intentional disruption of third-party platform stability.

While TitiTrax provides the tools for Stealth Orchestration and localized geographic routing, the User remains solely responsible for the content they publish and how they choose to deploy their campaigns. TitiTrax facilitates high-authority engagement signals; however, we do not guarantee platform immunity. User agrees to utilize the Slow-Burn Safety and Handshake Protocols as intended to maintain account health.

TitiTrax does not hack, decompile, or modify the underlying source code of any third-party social media platform. Our software operates at the Application Layer, emulating standard browser and mobile device behaviors through legitimate network protocols.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless mediaXtreme LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from User’s campaign strategies or orchestration patterns. mediaXtreme is NOT liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or content removal on third-party platforms resulting from User-defined campaign configurations.

All software, logic (including the Handshake and Orchestration protocols), and branding are the exclusive property of mediaXtreme LLC.

In no event shall mediaXtreme be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the orchestration tools. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the quality of the user’s content and strategic deployment.
