Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and the immediate allocation of server resources (VPS B), Automated Engagement Unit instances, and API orchestration, all sales are final. TitiTrax.ai does not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.
2. 30-Day Hard-Lock
Our Enterprise tier includes a 30-day minimum commitment. This "Hard-Lock" ensures the stability of our global swarm infrastructure and prevents resource abuse. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle.
3. Service Disruptions
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) changing their algorithms or anti-bot measures. No refunds will be issued based on changes to third-party platform policies.
4. Account Termination
If an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including HWID bypass or illegal use), all remaining subscription time is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
